None of the items sold through this website are intended for resale. Body CINCHsation does not permit the purchase and resale of its products through third-party websites including but not limited to Amazon and Ebay.

Customs Charges & Seizures

We send thousands of parcels around the world each month. The vast majority of these parcels make it to the customer successfully and without any additional charges.

In some countries, very occasionally additional taxes are added to the parcel or the parcel is seized by customs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any customs charges. You will not be refunded if a parcel is seized. Refunds will only be given if the parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is held in customs and requires documentation, our support team will provide this to you.

Due to the large number of countries that we send to and the ever changing laws, we are unable to keep up to date with each country’s prohibited import list and duty charges. We strongly suggest that you check your local import laws before ordering.
